Swapped hard drive connections, 2T WD Green HD disconnected, 1T Hatachi HD connected.
Booted from CD, normal installation complete in about 30 minutes.
Device manager shows all OK.
Turned off file indexing. Stopped SuperFetch, disabled in Services. Stopped Defragment and Optimize drives from running in Administrative tools.
Turned OneDrive off, including startup when I log on.
