Adding surveys to the DigitalRockArt application is an administrative function limited to those persons with an administrative ID. Adding a new survey requires the following information:
- Site Owner
- Site Name
- Site Number
- Latitude and Longitude rounded to nearest degree
- Survey date or start date
- Recording team members (names and email addresses)
- Recording team member to be given update authority
If the rock art site is on private land, the administrator will require a copy of a written agreement between the private land owner and the recording team leader. A sample form can be found at the bottom of this page.
