Select Default Survey

Objective

The objective of this function is to establish a default survey that will be automatically selected whenever the user executes a report or recording function that displays or updates a single survey. Default surveys are cleared when you logoff.

Processing

The first page displays a list of surveys on the database.

To continue, select a survey by clicking on the Ref Nbr of a survey.

The next page will be the Menu page with a message confirming that you have selected a default survey. Select any function to continue.

If you wish to change to a different default survey, execute the Select Default Survey function from the menu. An alternative method is to click the Change Survey button that is located at the bottom of the page of many reporting and recording functions. Either method will change the default survey to the newly selected survey.

To clear the default survey, select the Select Default Survey function and click the click to clear phrase in the page header message area.
